(...that actually work)

How to tame the flames of heartburn, acid reflux, and GERD without medical intervention.

Heartburn Hurts

Here’s how we hurt it back

Everyone knows what heartburn feels like: that sharp, stinging, burning pain running up your esophagus and radiating into your chest. It’s enough to make anyone reach for the Tums.

But some people are especially familiar with that pain (often due to acid reflux or GERD), and they’re not sure what they can do about it.

A lot of chronic sufferers just stock up on Tums; others jump straight to prescription medication. Both strategies have major shortcomings. The former is a Band-Aid, the latter is a chemical commitment, and neither is really able to resolve the causes of heartburn (especially not Tums).

But in between, there’s an entire category of remedies that most people skip (if only because they’re unaware), and that’s the gap this guide is meant to fill. The term “natural remedies” is broad and therefore a bit vague, but “scientific solutions” would also work in this case. The general, unifying idea is that heartburn is caused by certain factors (chemical, physical, biological) and can therefore be un-caused in many cases simply by adjusting the factors under your control.

What You’ll Learn

I created this guide to give you coherent options for navigating those factors so that you can better identify the culprits behind your heartburn and (ideally) pull the problem out by the root.

Yes, what you eat is one of heartburn’s contributing factors… but so is when you eat, how you eat, how much you eat, what you do after dinner, how many pillows you use at night, and even how you breathe (among many others).

In this Guide, you will learn…

How heartburn, acid reflux, and GERD differ and how each of them creates unpleasant symptoms

Which foods you should approach with caution (or avoid outright) and which foods can relieve or even prevent heartburn symptoms

How to sync your body with natural forces like circadian rhythm and gravity so that they work against heartburn (not against you)

Which supplements to consider and why, plus some general dosage guidelines
